I am happy with Melina's (my aupair's) driving competency and am VERY happy with both driving instructors.
This is why I always use pinnacle every time I get a new Au pair- pinnacle is reliable, provides clear communication and expert instruction. I am confident that the driving instructors will tell me if the Au pair is not competent.

Not long ago I took driving classes from Alex and got my license. Me and my husband we both took classes with Alex for our license. I had a strict deadline to finish my classes and Natalie was amazing and extremely helpful in scheduling my classes. Thanks so much Natalie.
And I just have no words for Alex. He is the most professional and very friendly person I've seen. I Ve had few driving instructors before and was not happy with anyone. They were either money minded or very rude. Alex is the best. We absolutely love him. He teaches logically, doesn't get tired of teaching us the same thing again and again, makes sure we really learn that skill no matter how many days it takes.
Also he does not give u the certificate no matter how many classes u take unless he believes you are a safe and responsible driver. Which is absolutely good as we all have kids and there is no enough amount of safety measures we all can take.

I would just like to say a big thank you to your business/service and in particular Alex, I am absolutely thoroughly impressed in the attention and dedication Alex provided to my daughter throughout this stressful period, not only for my daughter but me as a parent being overly concerned for the safety and wellbeing of my child. Alex provided and inspired Nicky confidence as a driver, at the same time educating her to be defensive of the drivers around her. I hope in the years ahead, Nicky reflects back to the experience and knowledge taught in this period and to continue to be a considerate and courteous driver we should all be.
