I highly recommend Ayaz as an instructor. I have had other instructors in the past and I wish I had found him in the beginning.

Ayaz is patient, professional and easy going.

He is clear and concise with explanations and does not overwhelm you. He also uses illustrations and easy to remember cues (especially for parallel parking). Everything clicked when he took the time to explain each step. I felt more comfortable taking the test after our session.
He is knowledgeable about what the assessor is looking for and the route they may take. His car also has the pull up handbrake which is required for the test.

My sincerest thanks to Pinnacle Driving School for helping me achieve the conversion of the overseas licence to a full licence. My instructor Ayaz was exceptional. Calm, engaging and knowledgeable, he helped me brush up my skills in the few sessions I did with him. All his specific guidance paid off at the road test.
I would also like to thank the tea, specially Natalie, who went out of her way to make sure that I go the training slots in the short window I had.

Thanks so much to Ayaz and the staff at Pinnacle, particularly Natalee who showed great flexibility and accommodation for my specific needs leading to the driving test.
Being an overseas license holder, I spoke to Pinnacle for a few lessons before I went for my driving test. Natalee went out of her way to make sure that I got a few slots in these busy times.
And then i got Ayaz as the instructor -simply superb. Calm, engaging and knowledgeable, he coached me through what I should expect during the test. Having driven for decades, I thought I knew it all! But Ayaz was made sure I was ready after the 4 lessons I had with him.
The actual test went like a breeze and I am extremely grateful and appreciative of Ayaz & Pinnacle.

Pinnacle driving school was amazing in helping me get my provincial license with the best instructor I could have asked for - Alex. He was calm and patient with me, which was perfect seeing as I was a nervous driver to start off. I now have the confidence and skill to drive around Canberra safe and efficiently. I can’t thank them enough for all they helped me achieve.

I would just like to say I am very happy with the experience I had with pinnacle driving school, and would recommend this to anybody. Huge thanks to Tasanee, Lisa and all the amazing admin staff at Pinnacle! I was super timid about driving before starting lessons here but everyone was so incredibly friendly and supportive that it made everything so much easier. Communication is really strong with clients both in the car and phone enquiries; the admin team is understanding, efficient and super flexible with options to fix any problems. My daughter had never driven before she started her driving lessons with Alex, after her first lesson her confidence was outstanding and within a few lessons she was driving up to Sydney with no troubles. Alex and the team at pinnacles could not be faulted, there customer service is second to none..
